Half-Staff Missouri Flags – Honoring Joe Darr
Monday, September 9th, 2013American Flags and Missouri Flags to fly at half-staff Monday, September 9th in the State of Missouri in honor of Assistant Fire Chief Joe Darr. Chillicothe Fire Department Asst. Chief Darr died on September 4 while serving in the line of duty. He had served 34 years with the fire department and was a member of the Haz-Mat team.
