The nylon First Navy Jack historic flag. The flag is fully dyed for long lasting and bright colors. The flag comes finished with canvas header and brass grommets.
The First Navy Jack historical flag was flown by the first American Navy. The flag features thirteen red and white stripes (like many other historical flags) and an outstretched rattlesnake. The rattlesnake was a popular symbol especially during the American Revolution as it was joined with the Colonial attitude of revolt. The flag also features the famous "Don't Tread on Me" slogan beneath the snake. The First Navy Jack flag is still flown on all US Navy Ships in honor of those killed on September 11th and during the War on Terrorism.
