Return & Refund Policy
FLAGS: Return unused item(s) within 14 days of receipt for full refund LESS shipping/handling fees.
DEFECTS: Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. All Star Flags will exchange the defective item(s) if reported within 14 days. All Star Flags will not be liable for defective items not reported within the 14 day period.
SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES: Non-refundable.
RE-STOCK FEE: 10% value of product.
REFUNDS: Will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise.

Flags are shipped within 2-3 business days of ordering. We ship via UPS from North Carolina. Express shipping options are available in your checkout process for additional fees.
