Our 2x3' Egypt nylon international flags are made from high grade nylon material. The nylon is manufactured to withstand the elements. Each flag is fully dyed for great ink penetration and finished with a standard canvas heading and brass grommets.
The current version of the flag of Egypt was adopted in 1984. The flag is made up of three horizontal stripes of equal proportion. The red stripe at the top symbolizes the struggle against British occupation; the white stripe in the middle symbolizes a peaceful future; and the black at the bottom symbolizes the end of a dark past of oppression during British colonialism. Egypt’s Coat of Arms, the eagle of Saladin, is featured in the middle of the white stripe.
