Half-Staff Massachusetts Flags – Honoring Myrnairis Cepeda
Tuesday, February 11th, 2014American Flags and Massachusetts Flags to fly at half-staff Wednesday, February 12th in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in honor of US Army Sergeant Myrnairis Cepeda. Sgt. Cepeda was killed when she was struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run accident in Oklahoma. She had served in Iraq, Japan and Turkey during her time in the service.
