Half-Staff Oklahoma Flags – Honoring Randy Billings
Friday, January 3rd, 2014American Flags and Oklahoma Flags to fly at half-staff Friday, January 3rd through Sunday, January 5th in the State of Oklahoma in honor of US Army Chief Warrant Officer 2 Randy Billings. CW2 Billings, along with 5 fellow soldiers, were killed in a helicopter crash while serving in Afghanistan. Billings had been in the service for 16 years and had served two deployments to Afghanistan and two in Iraq. He was assigned to 3rd Assault Helicopter Battalion from Ft. Riley, Kansas.
