Half-Staff New Jersey Flags – Honoring Timothy McGill
Thursday, October 3rd, 2013American Flags and New Jersey Flags to fly at half-staff Friday, October 4th in the State of New Jersey in honor of US Army Staff Sergeant Timothy McGill. US Army Staff Sgt. McGill lost his life in Afghanistan while serving as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. Staff Sgt. McGill entered the military in 2001 with the USMC and served in Iraq in 2005. He joined the Rhode Island National Guard in 2008 and was assigned to A Company, 2nd Battalion, 19th Special Forces Group, Army National Guard, Middletown, Rhode Island.
