Wednesday, June 5th, 2013American Flags and Delaware Flags to fly at half-staff Wednesday, June 5th through Friday, June 7th in honor of US Army Special Forces Warrant Officer Sean Mullen.
According to the office of the governor:
SF Warrant Officer Mullen died as a result of wounds suffered while serving in Afghanistan. He was serving in the 2nd Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne), at Fort Campbell, KY.
