Tuesday, March 5th, 2013American Flags and Illinois Flags to fly at half-staff Tuesday, March 5th through Wednesday, March 6th in the State of Illinois in honor of Dawn Clark Netsch.
Netsch served in the Illinois State Senate and also served as Illinois Comptroller. In 1994 she was the first woman to be nominated by a major political party to run for Governor of Illinois.
