Half-Staff North Carolina Flags – Honoring Charlie Rose

American Flags and North Carolina flags to fly at half-staff Friday, September 7th at the State Capitol and in Cumberland County, NC in honor of former U.S. Congressman Charlie Rose.

According to the office of the governor:
Former US Congressman Charlie Rose died today of Parkinson’s disease. For 24 years, Rose served in Washington, D.C., to represent constituents of his district, which included his hometown of Fayetteville and much of North Carolina’s southeast.

Half-Staff Maryland State Flags – Honoring Patrick Feeks

American Flags and Maryland Flags to fly at half-staff Wednesday, September 5th in the state of Maryland in honor of US Navy Special Warfare Operator Petty Officer 1st Class Patrick Feeks. Special Warfare Operator Petty Officer 1st Class Feeks died August 16th in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
