Half-Staff Wyoming Flags – Honoring Ray Shriver
Tuesday, February 21st, 2012American Flags and Wyoming Flags to fly at half-staff Tuesday, February 21st in the state of Wyoming in honor of Teton County Search and Rescue member Ray Shriver.
According to the office of the governor:
Teton County Search and Rescue member Ray Shriver was killed during a mission on February 15, 2012. Over the years, Mr. Shriver had participated in some 800 missions with Teton County Search and Rescue.
