Monday, October 31st, 2011American Flags and Arizona Flags to fly at half-staff Monday, October 31st in the state of Arizona in honor of Army Specialist Michael Elm.
According to the office of the governor:
Specialist Elm died October 14 in Khowst, Afghanistan of wounds suffered when insurgents attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device. He will be laid to rest on Monday Oct 31, 2011 at 9 am Eastern time at Arlington National Cemetery.
