Half-Staff New Jersey Flags – Honoring Ronald Wildrick Jr.

American Flags and New Jersey Flags to fly at half-staff Thursday, January 12th in the state of New Jersey in honor of US Army Spec. Ronald H. Wildrick Jr.

According to the office of the governor:
US Army Specialist Ronald Wildrick lost his life while serving his country in Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. Specialist Wildrick was assigned to A Company, 2nd Battalion, 35th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii and also served in the U.S. Army Continental Color Guards.

Specialist Wildrick has received some of our nation’s highest military honors, including the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal with Bronze Service Star, Global War onTerrorism Medal, Army Service Ribbon, and Basic Parachutist Badge. Posthumously he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart, NATO Medal, and Combat Infantryman Badge.

According to the office of the governor:
Spc. Mikayla A. Bragg died Dec. 21 in Afghanistan. She was assigned to the 201st Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Fort Knox, Ky.

According to the office of the governor:
William Coleman was Deputy with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department who was fatally shot in the line of duty while responding to a burglary.

American Flags and Washington State Flags to fly at half-staff on Tuesday, January 10th in Washington State in memory of Ranger Margaret Anderson.

Ranger Margaret Anderson died in the line of duty January 1 at Mt. Rainier National Park.

According to the office of the governor:
Staff Sergeant Joseph J. Altmann was a member of 2nd Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, United States Army. He died while serving his country in Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.

According to the office of the governor:
Former State Delegate, James Robert Dobyns served in the military during World War II, and in the 1980’s he was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates, where he served for seven years, holding membership on the Education, Roads, Mining, Agriculture and Finance Committees.
