Croatia Flags

Adopted in 1990, the Republic of Croatia flag consists of three horizontal stripes of equal dimension: red at the top, white in the middle, and blue at the bottom. The colors are the same as used in the Croatian coat of arms, which is featured in the center of the flag. The coat of arms is comprised of a red and white checkerboard pattern with a crown made of five shields on top, symbolizing the various regions of the country.
