American Flags and Kansas Flags to fly at half-staff Wednesday, July 9th in honor of former State Senator Ross Doyen. Former Senator Doyen served as a member of the US Navy in World War II. He was first elected to the Kansas House of Representatives in 1959 and then later was elected to the Kansas Senate in 1968.
