American Flags and North Carolina Flags to fly at half-staff beginning Monday, June 17th in North Carolina in honor of former Governor James Holshouser, Jr. Flags are to remain at half-staff through the day of his interment (which has not yet been determined). Mr. Holshouser served as governor from 1973-1977.
