Cast aluminum construction with pulley on a 1/4" stainless steel axle. The flagpole cap truck is designed to slip over the top of the flagpole and is secured by stainless steel set screws. The top of the cap is will accept any flagpole ornament with a 1/2" threaded spindle rod. The maximum halyard diameter for these trucks is 5/16".
