]]> Virginia Flags to fly at half-staff Monday, February 17th at the Capitol complex in Virginia in honor of Waynesboro Police Aux. Captain Kevin Quick.

Flags are also authorized for display at half-staff in the City of Waynesboro and in any other locality as deemed appropriate.

Quick disappeared Friday, Jan. 31, after he left his mother’s home and was going to see the mother of his daughter. Police believe this was a random crime with robbery as the primary motive. Investigators discovered Quick’s body Thursday off Old Columbia Road in Goochland County, near the Fluvanna County line. Authorities are still investigating the crime.
