Please fill out a request with the specifics of your job and we'll provide a quotation using the best method of flag construction.  Some commonly used methods of custom flag making are:

Custom Appliquéd Flags

Appliquéd flags are typically done in low quantities with fairly basic artwork and limited color choices.  Each flag is hand sewn one at a time so the cost of the flag is dependent on the logo/design and the size, not a number of colors.  Appliquéd flags are typically made single reverse – correct front, mirror image back – but can be completely double sided upon request.  Unit cost can be high, but there are no minimum quantities.

Digitally Printed

Most of our custom flags are digitally printed.  The quality matches that of our stock State and International flags.  Digitally printing our custom flags allows us to provide consistant pricing regardless the complexity of the artwork.  There are no charges by the color or word; pricing is based on square footage of the flag.  We can print just about anything digitally, but contact one of our representatives about your specific job and they'll be happy to guide you in the right direction.

Dye Sublimation Flags

Dye Sublimation is used primarily for indoor or point-of-purchase materials. The quality of the image with dye sublimation is second to none. We also use this process for many of our more delicate indoor and trade show fabrics. Pricing is usually based on square footage plus a setup fee.

Screen Printed – Dyed Flags

Another traditional method of making flags in larger quantity runs.  A wide variety of sizes are available and most spot colors can be matched.  The minimum quantity is 25 pieces and there are initial screen charges for the first order.  The unit cost is much lower for screened flags and allows large quantities to become affordable.  Pricing is based on the number of colors in your design.
