Half-Staff Utah Flags – Honoring Cody Towse

American Flags and Utah Flags to fly at half-staff Saturday, June 1st in the State of Utah in honor of US Army Specialist Cody Towse. Specialist Towse died on May 14, 2013, of injuries sustained from an explosion while serving in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He was assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 3rd Battalion, 41st Infantry Regiment, 1st Armored Division, Fort Bliss, Texas.

Half-Staff Kentucky Flags – Honoring Jason Ellis

American Flags and Kentucky Flags to fly at half-staff Thursday, May 30th in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in honor of Bardstown Police Officer Jason Ellis.

According to the office of the governor:
Officer Ellis was shot and killed outside his cruiser early Saturday on the Exit 34 ramp of the Bluegrass Parkway in Nelson County. State police describe the shooting as an ambush and have appealed to the public for tips and information in the case.

Half-Staff Arizona Flags – Honoring Daryl Raetz

Arizona Flags to fly at half-staff on Saturday, May 25th in honor of Phoenix Police Officer Daryl Raetz. Funeral services will be held this Saturday.

Officer Raetz was killed in the line of duty when he was struck by a hit-and-run driver while processing another motorist. Flags also flew at half-staff in his honor the day he passed away on Sunday, May 19th. Officer Raetz was also an Iraq War Veteran.

Half-Staff Arizona Flags – Honoring Bradley Harper

Arizona Flags to fly at half-staff on Friday, May 24th in honor of Phoenix Firefighter Bradley Harper. Funeral services will be held this Friday.

Mr. Harper died of injuries he suffered while battling a brush fire. Flags also flew at half-staff in his honor the day he passed away on Sunday, May 19th.

American Flags and Massachusetts Flags to fly at half-staff Tuesday, May 28th in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in honor of US Army SPC Mitchell K. Daehling. SPC Daehling died on May 14, 2013 while serving in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan.

Half-Staff Kansas Flags – Honoring Trenton Rhea

American Flags and Kansas Flags to fly at half-staff Saturday, May 25th in Kansas in honor of US Army Sgt. 1st Class Trenton Rhea.

Sgt. 1st Class Rhea died May, 14th while deployed to Afghanistan. He was a member of the 603rd Military Policy Company, 530th Military Police Battalion, 300th Military Police Brigade, 200th Military Police Command, U.S. Army Reserve, Saint Joseph, Missouri.

Arizona State Flags to fly at half-staff Sunday, May 19th in honor of Firefighter Bradley Harper and Police Officer Daryl Raetz. Both public servants where killed in the line of duty. Firefighter Harper was killed while battling a mulch fire and Officer Raetz was killed when he was struck by a hit-and-run driver while processing another impaired motorist.

Officer Huffman, a 14-year veteran of the DPS Yuma Office, was killed Monday, May 6, 2013 while investigating an accident on I-8, near the Yuma foothills.
