Half-Staff Washington State Flags – Honoring David Scheinost
American Flags and Washington State Flags to fly at half-staff Friday, August 3rd in honor of David Scheinost.
According to the office of the governor:
Washington State Department of Natural Resources diver David Scheinost died July 24th while diving in the waters near Bainbridge Island to sample for paralytic shellfish poisoning.
